You can also check if the services are running or not on the PulseID Admin -> System page
This page also shows the current status of the C:\ drive, So that you know if the server is running low on disk space.
Go to "Services" on the server and check if all the Pulse services are running.
And make sure the Services have the "Restart the service" for first, second and third failures under "Recovery Tab"
