Configuration -> Machines And Printers -> Colors -> Create new Color
You must provide color Name, color Code, Manufacturer name. You can enter the Red/Green/Blue values if you have the proper RGB values of the color you are adding.

Configuration -> Machines and Printers -> Colors -> Create a New Thread Chart and Import it
You can add a new Thread Chart to the Tajima ThreadDB. Open DG and go to TOOLS -> Manage -> and select “Thread Charts” to open the Thread charts database
Click on “New” which will open a new Thread chart with a default name “ThreadChart”
Click on the “+” and add a new Threads to the thread chart
Give the Thread Name, Manufacturer name and the thread Code.
You can give the Red, Green, Blue values of you can Choose the color from the predefined colors
Once you have added Threads to the thread chart you need to save it. Click “Save” button and then give a Name to your new Thread Chart
This is where you can find all the Thread charts physical files. ThreadDB Folder as per the DG engine installed

Once you add a new thread chart you can go back into DG and verify it from here
Open DG and go to TOOLS -> Manage -> and select “Thread Charts” to open the list of thread charts and select your newly added Thread Chart
You can Open, Export and Delete the Thread Chart if you want to make any changes or you can Import an existing thread chart if you have a .tdb file already
PulseID Admin -> Configuration -> Machines And Printers -> Colors -> Import Existing Thread Chart
Once the thread chart is added to the ThreadDB, you can Import Thread Chart it on the PulseID Admin
Once you are on the “Import Threads” page, select your Thread Chart from the drop-down and then select the Collision Behavior. If you select the “Overwrite” it will overwrite any colors if they already exist in the pulseid database. Then click on “Select All” if you want to import all the colors/threads or you can choose whichever you need to import. Click “Import” and do not leave the Import Threads page. Once imported it will redirect you to the Colors page on its own. Until then just stay on the same page and do no do anything. It will take few seconds to import the thread chart.
