Customer had Action Apps pro Studio activated and working. They have CorelDRAW X7 (64 bit- OEM) with Pro Studios 1044. They activated EZ-Stitch and after restarting Corel everything the Action Apps is greyed out in the tool bar and the license activator window is greyed out.
Worked with Thanos but could not resolve the issue.
Asked customer to try these final steps:
1. uninstall the plugin
2, uninstall/reinstall CorelDraw
3. reinstall the plugin.
The last steps I suggested have resolved the issue. I have also communicated this to Thanos.
